I’m Antwan Gibson, a leadership representative with Kaizen Solutions who is passionate about growth, mentorship, and helping people unlock opportunities they may not have seen for themselves. I believe true success comes from developing people—not just producing sales.
Before joining Kaizen Solutions, I spent five years with AT&T, including my last two years as a retail store manager. While that experience helped me build strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, I found myself wanting more growth, more opportunity, and a clearer path toward ownership and personal development.
When I joined Kaizen Solutions, I started at the entry level and quickly advanced to Leadership 1 within my first week. What immediately stood out to me was the culture of mentorship and the belief that anyone willing to work, learn, and lead can build something bigger than themselves. This opportunity showed me that I wasn’t just stepping into a sales role—I was stepping into a path that could eventually lead to becoming a business owner and CEO within the organization.
Today, I focus on direct sales and leadership development for AT&T’s campaigns while continuing to grow personally and professionally through mentorship, discipline, and team development. What motivates me most is the ability to help customers while also helping develop future leaders who may have once been in the same position I was.
Outside of work, I value self-improvement, leadership, and building meaningful relationships. I believe growth is never accidental—it comes from consistency, mindset, and the willingness to help others rise with you.
My mission is simple: continue growing as a leader, create opportunities for others, and build a future centered around impact, mentorship, and long-term success.
